SEE WHAT OUR BIKERS HAVE TO SAY

Amazing experience

A sightseeing experience that will take your breath away, followed by a great adrenaline rush for any level of biker. You can choose to go at your own pace pumping the brakes but can honestly really fly if you want to – just a shorter trip and not as much sightseeing as you’ll be white knuckling all the way down.

Sunrise at the Crater

Awesome! Staff is excellent. The explanation of geology, flora, fauna enroute to the crater was excellent. Great information in terms of safety talk. Equipment was top notch in terms of wind/rain gear, helmets (off road helmets) and good quality bikes. The ride is easy and fun and best of all, you take it at your own pace; this is not a “group ride” down the mountain. Guides provide map and directions that are easy to follow and you can stop and take photos along the way as much or little as desired as you are at your own pace. It’s all downhill except for 4-6 small rises, so it’s mostly a “braking ride”. Highly recommend.

Worth It

The comedy show of our guide Drew & our driver Eddie certainly made waking up early worth it! They gave us history & botanical info as well as island etiquette. Respect the land! Another breathtaking piece of heaven in Maui.

Amazing Bike Trip

I’m extremely glad we decided to go with Bike Maui for our unguided bike trip! The bikes we were provided with were excellent – they were in great condition, very lightweight, and had fantastic after-market brakes on them. We both felt very safe and in control on them.

I cannot say enough about the Tour Guide we had either. If you go, ask for Kimo. He made the trip go from an amazing bike trip to a full island experience. He provided a lot of history, super corny jokes (awesome), and even met some of the locals at their fruit stand.
I would definitely do this again – and would definitely use Bike Maui again.

Unparalleled Experience

We had a great time watching the sunrise and biking down Haleakala. The guide was funny and informative, and the experience was unparalleled. I’m already looking forward to going back with my family!
